Ingredients

  • Chopped Jaggery-3/4 cups (100g ) (chopped)
  • Tutti-fruity-2 tbsp
  • Apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Chocolate essence - 2 tsp
  • Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Water-1/2 cup

How to Make Delicious No-Oil Chocolate Coconut Cupcakes 

Grease with oil

Line a cupcake tray with cupcake liners 

Take chopped jaggery

In another bowl, dissolve the chopped jaggery in water


Grate coconut in a mixer


Take whole wheat flour

Add baking soda

Add baking powder

Sieve t

Add cocoa powder

Add a pinch of salt

Mix tutti fruity in 1 tbsp flour

Add chopped nuts

Add grated coconut.

    Coconut has natural moisture, keeping the cupcakes soft and tender without needing added oils.

Add jaggery water gradually
.
Add chocolate essence

Add apple cider vinegar

Now add tutti-frutti

Mix it well

Pour the batter into the mold.

Sprinkle chopped nuts on top of it and bake it for 15-20 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
