Lemon Zest Vanilla Cake


The Perfect Eggless Lemon Zest Cake

Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour-1.5 Cups
  • Sugar-1 cup
  • Curd-3/4 cup
  • Baking Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Baking Powder- 1tsp
  • Milk Powder-2tsp
  • Salt-a pinch
  • Milk-1/2 cup
  • Condensed Milk-150 gram
  • Yellow color-5-6 drops
  • Vanilla Essence-1 tsp
  • Lemon Zest-1 tsp
  • Olive Oil-3/4 cup

HOW TO MAKE LEMON ZEST VANILLA 

Grease the Cake mold and fix butter paper as shown. Meanwhile, preheat the oven for 10 mins at 180 degrees.

Assemble all ingredients.


In a bowl, firstly sieve the flour, baking powder, baking soda.


Take Marigold Yellow color.

Now add Sugar.


Add curd and mix it.


Add condensed milk.


Mix it.


Add 1/2 cups of milk


Mix it well


Add lemon zest.


Add 3-4 drops of yellow color


Add vanilla essence


Add vegetable oil


Mix it well


Pour the batter into the mold and Bake it for 35-40 minutes.

Your cake is ready. Cool it for some time and then unmold it.


Serve it with a smile.
