
The Perfect Eggless Lemon Zest Cake
Ingredients
- All-purpose flour-1.5 Cups
- Sugar-1 cup
- Curd-3/4 cup
- Baking Powder-1/2 tsp
- Baking Powder- 1tsp
- Milk Powder-2tsp
- Salt-a pinch
- Milk-1/2 cup
- Condensed Milk-150 gram
- Yellow color-5-6 drops
- Vanilla Essence-1 tsp
- Lemon Zest-1 tsp
- Olive Oil-3/4 cup
HOW TO MAKE LEMON ZEST VANILLA

Grease the Cake mold and fix butter paper as shown. Meanwhile, preheat the oven for 10 mins at 180 degrees. |

Assemble all ingredients. |

In a bowl, firstly sieve the flour, baking powder, baking soda. |
