As we all know that the maida used for making samosa is not at all healthy, yet tasty. I discovered this recipe while looking for an alternative of maida. So, I tried making it with the help of Brown Bread, and it turned out to be great. Be it kitty parties, evening snack or birthday parties, it is loved by all.
INGREDIENTS
- Brown Bread- 6-7 pieces
- Maida-2 tsp
- Water-4 tsp
INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING
- Potatoes(boiled)-4 long
- Peas(boiled)-1/2 cup
- Green chillies(finely chopped)-2-3
- Jeera powder-1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
- garam masala-1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala-1/2 tsp
- Green Coriander(chopped)-2 tsp
- Dhania seeds-a few
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
HOW TO MAKE BREAD SAMOSA

Take a pan , add oil and heat it. |

Fry dhania seeds and jeera. |

Add green chillies red chilli powder,salt and chaat masala .. |

Add peas to it. |

Add boiled potatoes and garam masala to it. |

now add green coriander to it.Cook it for sometime and switch off the gas.Let it cool. |

Take bread piece .Cut its sides and roll it with a roller. |

Cut into two halves. |

Take 2 tablespoon of maida. Make paste by adding adequate water. |

With each half of bread, make a cone |

Stuff it with potato mixture and close the cone with the help of maida paste. |

Deep fry it in oil in medium flame. |

Delicious and crispy samosa is ready to be served. |
