Malai Ladoo (Festival special)


Indian sweet recipe are easy to make at home. Malai Ladoo recipes extremely simple with very less ingredients involved to make it, i am posting a shortcut version of this recipe,I used grated paneer with condensed milk. I have not topped with any extra dry fruits.You can add finely chopped almonds and pista,

INGREDIENTS


  • Paneer -300 gm
  • Condensed milk -150 gm
  • Saffron (Kesar) -1 tsp

HOW TO MAKE MALAI LADOO



Soften paneer in hot water.

Grate paneer using grater. 

Mesh with hand.

mesh it thoroughly.

In a kadhai, add sugar to sweetened condensed milk.

Mix it

Now add meshed paneer.

Mix them well.

Cook on slow flame, stirring constantly.

Cook for 5-7 mins 

cook till the mixture thickens.

Remove from flame and cool it properly.

once it gets cooled. make ladoos out of it.

Place kesar (saffron strands ) over the top of the ladoos.

Your festive ladoos are ready to be served.
