I have not topped with any extra dry fruits.You can add finely chopped almonds and pista,

INGREDIENTS
- Paneer -300 gm
- Condensed milk -150 gm
- Saffron (Kesar) -1 tsp
HOW TO MAKE MALAI LADOO

Soften paneer in hot water. |

Grate paneer using grater. |

Mesh with hand. |

mesh it thoroughly. |

In a kadhai, add sugar to sweetened condensed milk. |

Mix it |

Now add meshed paneer. |

Mix them well. |

Cook on slow flame, stirring constantly. |

Cook for 5-7 mins |

cook till the mixture thickens. |

Remove from flame and cool it properly. |

once it gets cooled. make ladoos out of it. |

Place kesar (saffron strands ) over the top of the ladoos. |
