INGREDIENTS
- Cauliflower - 1 medium size
- Potato-2 medium size
- Onion- 2 medium size
- Tomatoes - 2 ( pureed )
- Green chilli- 3-4
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon
- Jeera - 1 teaspoon
- Amchur powder - 1 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Kashmiri red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Tezpatta - 4
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
- Green coriander - as per taste
HOW TO MAKE AALU GOBHI

| Heat water in a pan. steem gobhi in it. |

| Drain water. |

| Cut potatoes |

| Prepare vegetables : onion, ginger and green chili |

| Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in a pan on medium heat.Add jeera and tej patta. |

| Add onion, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chili and amchoor powder. |

| Now add ginger. |

| Add onion, green chili, turmeric powder, red chili |

| Add amchoor and Kashmiri red chili. |

| Add Potato.Fry on medium flame for 7-8 minutes. |

| Fry potatoes till half cooked. |

| Add cauliflower to it. |

| Cover and cook. |

| Add tomato puree. |

| Add coriander powder and garam masala. |

| Aalu gobhi is ready .Turn off the heat. |

| Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on the top . |
