Aalu Gobhi (Restaurant style)


Good Morning friends. Today's recipe is" Restaurant style Aalu Gobhi "(cauliflower & Potato) .

INGREDIENTS

  • Cauliflower - 1 medium size
  • Potato-2 medium size
  • Onion- 2 medium size
  • Tomatoes - 2 ( pureed )
  • Green chilli- 3-4
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon
  • Jeera - 1 teaspoon
  • Amchur powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Kashmiri red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Tezpatta - 4 
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Green coriander - as per taste

HOW TO MAKE AALU GOBHI

Heat water in a pan. steem gobhi in it.

Drain  water.

Cut potatoes 
Prepare vegetables : onion, ginger and green chili
Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in a pan on medium heat.Add jeera and tej patta.
Add onion, turmeric powder,  kashmiri red chili and amchoor powder.

Now add ginger.
                                             
Add onion, green chili, turmeric powder, red chili

Add amchoor and Kashmiri red chili.


Add Potato.Fry on medium flame for 7-8 minutes.

Fry  potatoes till  half cooked.

Add cauliflower to it.

Cover and cook.

Add tomato puree.

Add coriander powder and garam masala.

Aalu gobhi is ready .Turn off the heat.

Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on the top .

serve it hot and I bet anyone who eats will fell in love.
