Make 6 balls out of each of part of dough and roll each ball into a thin circle as shown.(about 2-3 inch diameter)
While rolling make sure that it is slightly thinner at the edges and thick at the center.
Place the stuffing at the center.

Place1 teaspoon of stuffing and wet the edges with water.

Lift one side of the edge and start pleating the momos.

Join all the pleats in the center. (I have added a video in the end)

Prepare all of them this way.

 STEAMING OF MOMOS

For steaming take a momos steamer or a large container.

Boil enough water. Grease the steamer pan with oil.

Arrange them in the steamer pan.

Steam for 8-10 minutes on low flame.

Make sure you put a lid on it while steaming.

Momos are ready when you touch the momo and the dough does not feel sticky to you.

The momos will have a transaparent look. This means they are ready.
