Soya Kebabs ( Healthy- Crispy)

Today I am posting a healthy snack recipe. This is very healthy and cripsy in taste. I made it for my friend. She requested me to make some healthy snack . Here is a step by step recipe.


INGREDIENTS

  • Soya granuals-1 cup
  • Poha-1cup
  • potatoes(boiled and mashed)-2
  • Chopped green chilli-2
  • Onion(chopped)-1
  • Capsicum(chopped)-1 small
  • ginger grated-2 tsp
  • gram flour-3 tbsp.

SPICES

  • Salt to taste
  • red chilli powder-1 tsp
  • turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  • mango powder-1 /4 tsp
  • Chaat masala-1tsp
  • Coriander powder-1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • oil for fry
  • Crushed cornflakes for coating

HOW TO MAKE CRIPSY SOYA KABABS

Firstly boil potatoes and mesh it after cooling.

Take 1 cup Soya granules.

Soak soya granules in hot water for 15 minutes.
Take 1 cup Poha.

Soak Poha in water for 2 minutes.

Now combine squeezed soya granules and poha into a grinder and grind coarsely. Don't make paste.
 
Put all ingredients in a plate and mix well. Make a dough.

Now give any desired shape to it.

Crushed cornflakes are the best.

Fry on medium flame until they turn golden brown.

Your healthy - crispy soya kebabs are ready.
