Today I am posting a healthy snack recipe. This is very healthy and cripsy in taste. I made it for my friend. She requested me to make some healthy snack . Here is a step by step recipe.
INGREDIENTS
- Soya granuals-1 cup
- Poha-1cup
- potatoes(boiled and mashed)-2
- Chopped green chilli-2
- Onion(chopped)-1
- Capsicum(chopped)-1 small
- ginger grated-2 tsp
- gram flour-3 tbsp.
SPICES
- Salt to taste
- red chilli powder-1 tsp
- turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
- mango powder-1 /4 tsp
- Chaat masala-1tsp
- Coriander powder-1 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- oil for fry
- Crushed cornflakes for coating
HOW TO MAKE CRIPSY SOYA KABABS

Firstly boil potatoes and mesh it after cooling. |

Take 1 cup Soya granules. |

Soak soya granules in hot water for 15 minutes. |

Take 1 cup Poha. |
![]() |
Soak Poha in water for 2 minutes. |

Now combine squeezed soya granules and poha into a grinder and grind coarsely. Don't make paste. |

Put all ingredients in a plate and mix well. Make a dough. |

Now give any desired shape to it. |

Crushed cornflakes are the best. |

Fry on medium flame until they turn golden brown. |
