Banana PIne-Apple Smoothie


Smoothies are a great healthy breakfast for kids. This healthy smoothie is made with real Banana and Pine-Apple. This can be your Grab-n-Go breakfast. You can also add coconut water instead of orange juice and your kids are going to love this. It is better than soda or sweet juice drinks.

Ingredients:

  • Cubed fresh Pineapple - 1 cup
    Orange juice - 200 ml
  • Cubed banana - 1/2 cup
  • Ice - cubes crushed - 1 cup

Method :

Line up all ingredients.

Place ice cubes in mixer and crush.

Place bananas in a mixer.

Add pine apple and crushed ice.

Now add orange juice.

Blend until smooth and frothy.

Serve immediately.
