This egg less Red velvet cake is light, moist and delicious. I have a very easy recipe for you. My husband is a big fan of Red velvet cake. Today is his birthday so i made this for him as a surprise. This cake is a token of love and joy. It will refresh your taste buds. I have used less whipped cream, you can use according to your own choice.

INGREDIENTS:
All purpose flour - 1 cup (125 g)
Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Olive oil - 1/4 cup
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
Vanilla essence - 5 drops
Liquid red food color - 3 teaspoon
Hot coffee - 1/2 cup (1/2 teaspoon coffee added in 1/2 cup warm water)
Milk / water - 1/2 cup
PROCEDURE:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees for 20 mins.

Line up cake tin with liners and lightly spray with cooking spray. |

Sieve all purpose flour. |

Sieve baking powder and baking soda. |

Sieve sugar. |

Add curd to the mixture. |

Add liquid red color, vanilla essence , coffe in warm water. |

Add 1/2 cup more water and mix it well. |

Mix it with spatula for 1-2 mins so it incorporates completely. |
