INGREDIENTS
- Paneer (cut into cubes)-250gm
- Onion large(thinly sliced)-1
- Onoin medium(blended)-2
- Tomatoes(pureed)-2
- ginger-garlic paste-1 teaspoon
- Olive oil-1 tablespoon
- Butter-1tablespoon
- Green chillies-1-2
- Coriander seeds(freshly pounded)-1/4 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds-1 teaspoon
- Bay leaf-1
- Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder-1/4 teaspoon
- Kashmiri red chilli powder-1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala-3/4 teaspoon
- Kasuri methi-2 teaspoon
- salt to taste
- Cashew-8-10 for decoration
HOW TO MAKE PESHAWARI PANEER

Heat butter and oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds and freshly pounded coriander seeds. |

Now fry 1 bay leaf in it. |

Add ginger-garlic paste and onion paste to it. |
 |
Saute for 2-3 minutes. |
 |
Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt in it. |
 |
cook it on low flame for 1 -2 minutes .then add sliced onion in it. |
 |
Add green chilli |
 |
Add garam masala. |
 |
Add kashmiri red chilli powder. |
 |
Take 2 tomatoes and blend it. |
 |
Add tomato puree in it. Mix well. |
 |
Fry until the oil get seperated. |

cook it on medium flame. |
 |
Add 3/4 cup water to it. |
 |
Add paneer |
 |
Saute peshawari paneer masala for about 5 minutes on medium flame .Add crushed kasuri methi to it. |

Decorate it with cashew. |
 |
Peshawari paneer is ready to serve.Prepare and enjoy it with your loved ones. |
(also you can add up dryfruits to this. I didnt add them because my kids do not like them)
