INGREDIENTS
- Potatoes (chopped)-2 medium
- green peas(fresh)-1/2 cup
- Cauliflower(chopped)-3/4 cup
- Carrot(chopped)-1/2 cup
- Onion(chopped)-1 large
- Ginger garlic paste-1 tablespoon
- Tomatoes(chopped)-2 medium
- Capsicum(chopped)-1/2 cup
- Red chilli powder-1&1/2 teaspoons
- Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
- Cumin coriander powder-1 teaspoon
- Pav Bhaji masala powder-1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice-1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Oil-2 tablespoon
- Butter-2 tablespoon
- Butter for serving
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped)-2 tablespoon
- Pav Buns for serving-8
HOW TO MAKE PAV BHAJI

First of all, boil the potatoes. Mesh the boiuled potatoes. |

Boil the peas in a pan with two cups of water. |
 |
Assemble all vegetables. |
 |
Grind tomatoes and green chilis and keep aside. |
 |
Heat 2 tablespoon butter and oil together. Add ginger, cumin seed, garlic. |
 |
Add onions. |
 |
Mix it well for 2 minutes. |
 |
Now add Red chili, salt, turmeric. |
 |
Add tomato mixture / puree. |
 |
Cook it for 2-3 minutes. |
 |
Now cut beans, capsicum and grate cauliflower and carrot. |
 |
Add capsicum, beans and boiled peas. |
 |
Now add grated cauliflower and carrot. |
 |
Now add boiled potatoes to it. |
 |
Add 3/4 cup of water and mix it well. |
 |
Cover it and cook on medium flame. |
 |
Mesh well with potato mesher. |
 |
Continously stirring is required for 4-5 minutes. |
 |
Add salt at this stage and more butter if required. |
 |
Add pav bhaji masala and mix it well. |
 |
Now add chopped coriander leaves. |
 |
Bhaji is ready to serve. Keep aside. |
 |
Heat tawa over medium flame. Put a tablespoon of butter on it. |
 |
Cut the pav buns horizontally into halves. Shallow fry both sides until light brown. (around 30 sec for each side) |

Our Pav Bhaji is ready to be served. Garnish with butter.
Serve hot with chopped onion and lemon.
