Chocolate is tasty and delicious, but the market-bought products can be filled with lots of unhealthy ingredients. Fortunately ,We can make healthier version of chocolate at home using a few simple ingredients. In this recipe, I use honey instead of sugar.If you don't like honey you can use sugar.
Make amazing chocolate for yourself, and for those you love just in time for
VALENTINE'S DAY.
INGREDIENTS
- Virgin Coconut Oil-(100g)1/4 cup
- Cocoa powder-(4 tbsp)1/4 cup
- Honey-3 tbsp
- Almond butter-1 tbsp
- Milk powder-1/4 cup
- Vanilla essence-1 tsp
HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY HOME MADE CHOCOLATE

Place the water in a big utensil and heat it. Keep it below boiling temperature. |

Put a heat proof bowl over it. |

Pour virgin coconut oil in the bowl. |

Now add cocoa powder. |

Add honey and stir. |

Stir the mixture well.into hot cocoa mix. |

Now add milk powder. |

Add almond butter into it. |

Add vanilla essence. |

Mix it until smooth. |

Take a chocolate mold. |

Pour the mixture in thin layers across the bottom of various containers. |

Since the chocolate will take the shape of the container,you can use any chocolate mold. Freeze it for 5-10 minutes.. |

Take out the chocolates from the mold. |

To set the chocolate you can use cake tin,loaf tin,chocolate molds or even a plastic container. |
