Homemade Chocolate ( A Healthy Token of Love)


Chocolate is tasty and delicious, but the market-bought products can be filled with lots of unhealthy ingredients. Fortunately ,We can make healthier version of chocolate at home using a few simple ingredients. In this recipe, I use honey instead of sugar.If you don't like honey you can use sugar.
          Make amazing chocolate for yourself, and for those you love just in time for
VALENTINE'S DAY.

INGREDIENTS

  • Virgin Coconut Oil-(100g)1/4 cup
  • Cocoa powder-(4 tbsp)1/4 cup
  • Honey-3 tbsp
  • Almond butter-1 tbsp
  • Milk powder-1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence-1 tsp

HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY HOME MADE CHOCOLATE

Place the water in a big utensil and heat it. Keep it below boiling temperature.

Put a heat proof bowl over it.

Pour virgin coconut oil  in the bowl.

Now add cocoa powder.

Add honey and stir.

Stir the mixture well.into hot cocoa mix.

Now add milk powder.


Add almond butter into it.

Add vanilla essence.

Mix it until smooth.

Take a chocolate mold.

Pour the mixture in thin layers across the bottom of various containers.

Since the chocolate will take the shape of the container,you can use any chocolate mold.
Freeze it for 5-10 minutes..

Take out the chocolates from the mold.
To set the chocolate you can use cake tin,loaf tin,chocolate  molds or even a plastic container.

Now you are ready to serve.
