Swiss Roll is everyones favourite.This recipe of swiss roll is eggless and very easy to make.It is perfect for any occasion,a family get together ,a birthday party or kitty party.
INGREDIENTS
- Caster sugar-1/2 cup
- All purpose flour-125 g
- Cocoa powder-2tablespoon
- Baking powder-1 teaspoon
- Baking soda-1/2 teaspoon
- Butter-100g
- Vanilla essence-1teaspoon
- Warm coffee -1/3 cup(1/2 teaspoon coffee and red food colour in hot water)
- Condenced milk-1/2 cup
HOW TO MAKE EGGLESS CHOCOLATE SWISS ROLL
Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Line a swissroll tin with butterpaper and keep aside.

Add maida,baking powder,baking soda. |

Now add cocoa powder. |

Add caster sugar. |

Now add butter and condenced milk. |

Add warm coffee water. |

Pour the mixture in the swiss roll tin. |

Bake it for 25 to 30 minute. |

Place a piece of butter paper on a cooking tray. |

Let it cool and spread whipped cream. |

Now roll it carefully with the help of butter paper. |
