INGREDIENTS:
- All purpose flour - 1 cup
- Granulated sugar - 3/4 cup
- Cocoa powder - 2 tablespoon
- Melted butter - 100 g
- Curd - 1/3 cup
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla essence - 5-6 drops
- Warm coffee - 1/3 cup (1/2 tsp coffee in 1/3 cup hot water)
- Red food colour - a pinch
- Lemon juice-1 tablespoon
INGREDIENTS FOR DECORATION
- Ice-cream cone - 2
- Whipped cream - 1 cup
- Coloured Sprinkles for decoration
HOW TO MAKE EGGLESS MINI CHRISTMAS CAKE

| Firstly take a bowl. |

| Pour whipped cream in it. |
 |
| Mix it well with a hand-mixer. (10 mins approximately) |

| Mix it until it gets thick. (when it stops dropping off as shown) |
 |
| Take a piping bag. Put a nozzle in it. |
 |
| Pour the prepared fresh cream into the piping bag. |
 |
| Fill the piping bag and knot it on the other side. |
 |
| In another bowl, pour maida and baking powder. |
 |
| Add cocoa powder. |
 |
| Now add sugar to that bowl. |
 |
| In 1/3 cup of water, add 1/2 teaspoon of coffee. |
 |
| Add vanilla essence to the coffee mixture. |
 |
| Squeeze a lemon in a small bowl. |
 |
| Add melted butter into the mixture we prepared earlier. |
 |
| Add curd and mix thoroughly. |
 |
| Now add coffee mixture in this bowl. |
 |
| Add squeezed lemon into it. |
 |
| Mix it until it is combined properly. |
 |
| Pour the batter in the cupcake tray. |
 |
| Preheat oven at 175 degrees and bake them for 15-20 minutes. |
 |
| Do the toothpick test on them. (put a toothpick in them and it should come back clean and smooth) |
 |
| Take muffin out of the tray and put it in a saucer. (Let it cool) |
 |
| Cut the nozzle end of the Piping bag with a scissor. |
 |
| Pour the cream with the help of piping bag as shown. |
 |
| Sprinkle the colored sprinkles over it as shown. |
 |
| Put an ice-cream cone over the muffin and decorate it as you please. Put colored sprinkles over it. |
 |
| Your Christmas Treat is ready to rock. |
