The Idli just got better!
I baked this cake day before yesterday for my son's tiffin.My son just loved it. Recipe is very simple,only the special thing about this is that I baked it in the idli stand.
INGREDIENTS
- All purpose flour (maida)- 1 1/2 cup
- Butter(melted)- 3 tbsp
- Sugar- 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil- 3tbsp
- Condenced milk- 1 cup
- Milk- 1 cup
- Baking powder- 1 1/2tsp
- Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
- Vanilla essence- 5-6 drops
HOW TO MAKE IDLI CAKE

| Place idli stand on medium flame for five minutes; add some water in it. |

| Grease little bit oil on idli moulds. |
 |
| In a bowl take baking soda and baking powder. |
 |
| Add all purpose flour . |
 |
| Add butter and vegetable oil in it. |
 |
| Aadd sugar,condenced milk and vanilla essence. |
 |
| Mix it with spatula and divide the mixture in two equal parts in a seperate bowl .Fill half idli moulds with vanilla batter. |
 |
| In another bowl add coco powder and mix . |
 |
| Fill coco batter on idli stand with the help of tablespoon.Keep it on flame for 25-30 minute |

| Vanilla and chocolate idli's are ready to serve.let it cool for some time.Remove it with the help of knife. |
