A light and fluffy Egg-less vanilla cake that can be made very easily. Also it looks very tempting and is PERFECT for any occasion. A very supportive snack with any kind of drink.
INGREDIENTS: (1 cup = 250 g)
- Maida - 1.5 cup
- Melted butter - 3 tablespoon
- Sugar - 50 g
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoon
- Curd - 1/3 cup
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
NOTE:
- Whatever you are mixing for the cake with the hand or the hand mixer, you should mix in one direction only to get soft cake.
- Make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature before you start mixing.
- Make sure you oven settings are correct, else cake won't come out proper.
HOW TO MAKE EGG-LESS VANILLA CAKE:
Preheat oven at 175 degrees for 10 minutes.

| Grease cake tin with cooking oil. |

| Keep it ready with a butter paper. |

| In a medium bowl, firstly sieve the flour , baking powder and baking soda. |

| Now add sugar. |

| Mix it well. |

| Now add curd and some hot water. |

| Now add vegetable oil. |

| Add Vanilla essence . |

| Mix well. |

| Pour the batter in cake tin. |

| Bake it in pre heated oven for 30-35 minutes. |

| Perform a Toothpick test when cooled for 10 minutes. |

| You can decorate it and serve it with Chocolate gnash. |
