Vegetable Macaroni


Ingredients: 

  1. Macaroni - 1.5 cup 
  2.  Oil - 2 tbsp
  3. Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
  4. Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
  5. Green chilli -  2-3 (chopped)
  6. Onions - 2 (finely chopped)
  7. Tomatoes - 2 (finely chopped)
  8. Ginger - 1 tsp
  9. Carrot - 1 (chopped)
  10. Capsicum - 2 (chopped)
  11. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  12. Haldi (turmeric) powder - 1/2 tsp
  13. Garam masala - 1 tsp
  14. Jeera - 1tsp
  15. Oregano - (as per taste) 1/4 tsp for mild spicy
  16. Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp

How to make Macaroni:

Boil water with a pinch of salt and 2 tsp of oil at the macaroni and let it boil. 

                                       
Drain when done and transfer in a dish.

    
Heat oil in a pan and add jeera.


  
Now add green chilli and ginger.

  
 Then put chopped onion in it.

  
Add haldi and red chilli powder. Sauté for some time.


  
Add capsicum and carrot. Cook it for a minute.

  
Add garam masala.

  
Then add soya sauce.

  

Add tomatoes.

  
Add macaroni and cook it for 1 minute.

  
Add salt.

  
Add tomato ketchup.

  
Cook it for 2-3 mins on low flame.

  
Sprinkle coriander and oregano over it.
