I have spent a good deal of time working on my own Pan Pizza recipe to the point that it finally lives up to the PERFECT. It is the only Pan Pizza that is "easy to make" .
INGREDIENTS:
For Dough
Maida - 2 cups
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
Dahi (hung curd) - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1 tsp
For Topping
- VEEBA Pizza Topping - 2 tsp
- Onion (chopped) - 1
- Tomato skin (chopped) - 1
- Capsicum (chopped) - 1
- Carrot (grated) - 1/2
- Paneer - 100g
- Mozzarella Cheese - 50g
- Olives - 5-6 rings
METHOD:
Use your hand to knead dough. Continue kneading until the dough is smooth on the outside and springs back when pressed on with your fingers and no longer sticky. Dob some oil over the dough. Cover the dough and keep aside for 1 hour.
Cut the tomato in such a way that the skin only gets cut and no seeds are there. Chop the skin.
Chop all vegetables as shown.
Put some corn meal (makki ka atta). |
Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll one part of it on the corn meal (just like roti). |
Put the pizza base on the Greased (oiled) pan. |
Take VEEBA pizza topping. |
Make sure the topping is all over the pizza base. |
Pour chopped onions over it. |
Now pour chopped tomatoes and capsicum. |
Next pour grated carrot. |
Place chopped paneer over it. |
Now put olives on it. |
Now spread grated mozzarella cheese over the pizza. |
Now put some diced capsicum over the pizza. |
Put a lid on it and cook it 5 minutes to the max on low flame (till it becomes crispy) |
Sprinkle oregano seasoning/chilli flakes over it as per taste. |
Cut it to be served. |
Thank You!
Stay Blessed!!
It was yummy!
